NEW SUBSCRIBERS ...
If you are new to the service, your first step is choosing a collectible from the PRICE GUIDE menu. From the pricing page, choose the VALUES + INVENTORY option. On the invoice page, select any add-ons you wish for your service. If you would like to subscribe to more than one collectible, just click that collectible box at the top and its options will open, as well. Move down the invoice page providing all the information requested. When you get to the DISCOUNT field, enter the promo code IMBACK.
ADDITIONAL COLLECTIBLES ...
If you are already a subscriber and want to add on an additional collectible, select the inactive collectible from the PRICE GUIDE menu. On the invoice page, make sure that collectible is selected and add-on any additional features you would like. Move down the page confirming your information and selecting the form of payment. When you get to the DISCOUNT field, enter the promo code IMBACK.
REACTIVATING AN ACCOUNT ...
If you are wanting to reactivate an expired account, first log into your account with the email and password that was assigned at setup. If you can't remember your password, use the 'forgot password' link on the home page. If you can't remember which email was used at setup, please contact us with your name and address so we can help you. Even if that email is no longer active, it is the 'user ID' associated with the account and still is what you will use to regain access. Once back in your account, you will be able to update this email.
Once back into the account, go to your account Dashboard (HOME), locate the collectible you would like to reactivate and click RENEW. On the invoice page, confirm your choice and add-on and additional features in which you are interested. Move down the page confirming/updating your information including the form of payment. When you get to the DISCOUNT field, enter the promo code IMBACK.
