Accounts can not be transferred, so you are not able to change the UserName or the First/Last names listed on the account without our involvement. We understand that there are circumstances where a name change is necessary, so if you wish to change your UserName or the first/last name associated with the account, please send a request via email. The following conditions are acceptable reasons to request a change:
Change in last name due to change in marital status
Do not want first/last name revealed on sales board, would like more anonymity in UserName
Names currently entered are spelled incorrectly
All other requests will be considered, but could be denied.
