What if my figurines are dusty, how can they be cleaned?
Maintaining the original delicateness of your Precious Moments collection requires only minimal attention. Figurines may be gently washed with warm water and mild soap. Air dry, making certain the hollow inside is completely dry before display or packing. Abrasives should not be used as they will damage the figurine. This simple procedure will help preserve the lasting beauty of your hand-painted porcelain bisque collection.
What do I do if I break or chip a figurine?
Our Development team found two kinds of adhesive that will assist in repairing broken or damaged figurines. Contact your local hardware store representative for information about Duco® Cement or Loctite® (Super glue or gel).
