Information that is gathered from visitors

Those who participate in the Sales Board feature of our site are not required to share any personal information outside of what they feel comfortable sharing to complete the sales transaction. Collectibles Database does not disclose any personal information in these postings and is not responsible for the privacy of any information that is shared between collectors.

Protecting the Privacy of Children
Collectibles Database does not market to children. The collectiblesdatabase.com site is not intended for use by children under the age of thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect information regarding children under the age of thirteen.
Your Financial Information
All credit card transactions occur through a secure gateway not on our site, to protect you from any loss, misuse or alteration of information collected. No credit card information of any kind is stored on our servers.
We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. The SSL encrypts, or translates, your order information into a highly indecipherable code, which is processed immediately. In addition, we utilize a service provider to "audit" our security practices and procedures.
Your Transactions are Secure
When begin the checkout process to complete a subscription or other transaction on our site, you will move into the secure area of our site. Once you've entered, the page address (URL) will change from http to https, to let you know you are in a secure area. You will remain in this secure zone for the entire checkout process.
Disclosures in Other Circumstances
There are certain other situations in which we may disclose your personal information. Therefore, any similarity between any Unsolicited Submission(s) and any elements in any JPI creative work including without limitation any artwork, film, television series, commercial, pod cast, environmental installation, branded content, story, title or concept, would be purely coincidental.
If despite our request that you not send us any Unsolicited Submission(s), Unsolicited Submission(s) are sent to us by mail, electronic transmission, personal delivery or otherwise, by you or any other person or entity, such Unsolicited Submission(s) shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of J.Phillip, Inc. None of the unsolicited submissions shall be subject to any obligation of confidentiality on the part of J.Phillip, Inc. and shall not be liable or owe any compensation for any use or disclosure of the unsolicited submissions.
