Update my credit card
About my account ...Due to a increase in security measures, it is not longer possible to edit the credit card on file ... the only option is to add a new card and then delete the old one. To do this, go to your account Dashboard by clicking HOME. In the left-hand navigation area, find BILLING INFORMATION and the ability to add or delete a card.
You can not actually ‘modify’ the card on file. You have to enter a new card and then delete the old one. To do this, go to your account Dashboard by clicking HOME. In the left-hand navigation area, find BILLING INFORMATION and click the ‘plus’ symbol to add a new card. Provide all of the information requested, making sure that what you provide matches the statement for the card. Once you click SAVE CARD, the card should show up on the account. You will then have the ability to delete the older card or make the new card the ‘default card’.
If you are in need of just updating a card’s expiration date, the security protocols require that you enter all of the fields being requested. Once you click SAVE CARD though, the card on file will update with the new expiration date and not register as a 2nd card on the account. We apologize that you are not able to view the expiration date associated with the card on file. That is frustrating for us too, but that is one of the new security protocols, as well. If you have a question about the process or question if everything worked properly, do not hesitate to contact us, providing the last four digits and expiration date of the card you want marked as the default payment (never send card numbers via LIVE CHAT or EMAIL) and we’ll double check that the new information was successfully entered.
At this time, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express as payment. Personal checks and Paypal are not accepted at this time.
